What Costa Blanca Property Advisor is

Costa Blanca Property Advisor is an independent property information and advisory service covering the Costa Blanca Norte, Costa Blanca Sur and Valencia city. We publish in-depth guides on buying property in Spain as a non-resident — covering taxes, the legal process, mortgages, residency, and honest comparisons between areas and zones.

We are not an estate agency. We do not have a portfolio of properties to sell you. We do not receive commissions from developers, agencies or mortgage brokers. Our only interest is giving you accurate, useful information that helps you make the right decision — wherever that leads you.

Why independent advice matters when buying in Spain

Most information available to international buyers comes from parties with a financial interest in the outcome — estate agents, developers, mortgage brokers. We think buyers deserve a source they can trust before they enter that process. That is what Costa Blanca Property Advisor aims to be.

What we cover

Our focus is the entire Levante region — from Valencia city in the north to Torrevieja in the south, covering all the major towns of the Costa Blanca Norte and Sur:

We are based in the Valencian Community. We know the difference between Jávea in July and Jávea in January. We know which hospitals are good, which areas are quieter than they look on a map.

Who we work with

We work with buyers from across Northern Europe — primarily from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK — at all stages of their property search. Some are just beginning to research, others have already found a property and want a second opinion. We respond to all enquiries personally.

When appropriate, we can connect buyers with independent professionals we trust — lawyers, tax advisers, mortgage brokers — who share our commitment to genuinely independent advice. We do not receive referral fees for these introductions.
